He graduated from Istanbul High School and Marmara University Faculty of Economics. He continued his master’s degree education in London. He worked in several London restaurants, during this period.
After completing his master’s degree, he decided to change his career plans and continued to a professional kitchen education at Leiths Food and Wine School.
After returning to Turkey, he worked in Changa Restaurant for 6 years.
After a researching period on Anatolian Cuisine, he opened Yeni Lokanta -Tünel in 2013, Taze Lokanta -Kanyon in 2015 and Yeni -Soho in 2019.
